Responsibilities
Ensure compliance on reporting and examinations requirements are addressed in a timely fashion
Oversee the deliverables to address results of compliance examinations, risk assessments, and operational reviews across various functions
Consolidate and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
Stay updated on relevant banking regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure readiness on comprehensive examinations
Serve as a liaison between the institution and regulatory agencies/internal auditors; prepare for and respond to external audits and examinations
Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness across the organization
Qualification
Required
Experience in coordinating examination and compliance review processes within a financial institution
Knowledge of regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk management practices
Ability to ensure compliance on reporting and examination requirements
Experience in overseeing deliverables related to compliance examinations, risk assessments, and operational reviews
Strong report writing skills to consolidate and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant banking regulations, industry standards, and best practices
Experience serving as a liaison between the institution and regulatory agencies/internal auditors
Ability to prepare for and respond to external audits and examinations
Strong interpersonal skills to foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness across the organization
