Responsibilities
Develop and draft HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedural manuals from the ground up
Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, to support a growing team
Ensure that all HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations
Serve as a resource for employee relations and provide guidance on HR issues in a bilingual environment
Qualification
Required
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Experience in HR roles with a strong background in policy creation and HR documentation
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems
