In this role, you will educate adult consumers about smoke-free alternatives and build relationships to drive product adoption while ensuring a seamless experience from first exposure to full conversion.

Responsibilities
Act as a Brand Ambassador within your personal and extended network to build awareness and drive product adoption among legal-age smokers and nicotine users
Independently identify, engage, and support adult consumers, using a consultative, consumer-first approach
Build and nurture a personal network by leveraging community connections, word-of-mouth referrals, and social circles to grow your consumer base
Present the product and science behind the heat-not-burn technology in an informative, engaging, and compliant manner
Deliver best-in-class experiences by offering tailored guidance and support that aligns with each consumer’s needs and lifestyle
Provide personalized after-care (HyperCare) to ensure long-term conversion, satisfaction, and loyalty, proactively resolving challenges that may arise post-conversion
Operate independently within your designated territory while collaborating with the broader team to share insights and improve results
Manage incoming leads from other acquisition channels, ensuring timely follow-ups and quality interactions
Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and company initiatives
