Qualification
Required
5+ years progressively responsible, related experience as a VP of IT and/or CIO
Understanding of business level issues, industry trends and workflows within the healthcare environment
Significant familiarity with Healthcare IT vendor ecosystem particularly around electronic health records/billing, enterprise application architecture and business intelligence
Working knowledge and experience establishing or participating in HIPAA Security and Privacy programs
Experience and success building and working with high performing teams comprised of both internal and external human resources
Excellent planning, organizing, budgeting, verbal, writing, executive presentation, and meeting management skills
Proven ability and interest working effectively in fast paced environments
Ability to interact effectively across organization/ diverse cultures, and communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively
Ability to align/ focus resources across the organization in achieving short and long-term goals
We are seeking candidates who reside in the state of Pennsylvania preferably
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Business related field
Preferred
Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably within Ambulatory Care, Post-Acute Care, Senior Living or FQHC environments though not required
MBA, MHA or other advanced degree is desirable
