Responsibilities
Troubleshoots malfunctions, tests, repairs, overhauls, installs and maintains complex three and four axis numerically controlled machinery capable of performing a broad range of programmed machining functions such as multi-pane boring, drilling, milling, tapping, facing, planning, and other related operations
Troubleshoots malfunctions, repairs, aligns and performs complete overhaul of automated and conventional machine tools, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic test equipment and associated attachments
Operates, maintains and controls tools and equipment
Utilizes safety and practices and procedures following established rules and regulations and maintains a safe, clean, and secure work environment

Males must be registered for Selective Service
Selectee is expected to be granted with and/or maintain the appropriate security clearance required for the position
Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends and/or holidays
Shift work and emergency overtime may be required
Employee must maintain current certifications
Employee is required to push, pull, reach, walk, stand, crawl, kneel, bend, climb and work in cramped, awkward positions over and under machinery, of all types for sustained periods of time
Work conditions may include exposure to toxic chemicals, fumes, oils, grease, solvents, and plating solutions
