The Head of Methodology Solutions will be responsible for designing and evolving the methodology framework to ensure it meets leading audit standards and customer needs, while managing a department dedicated to delivering high-quality audit methodology content.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Methodology Solutions department, ensuring the teams deliver high-quality, scalable audit methodology content that is deeply embedded within Inflo’s platform and services

Define and drive a long-term vision for Inflo’s methodology framework, ensuring it is aligned with professional standards in our target markets, supports the needs of firms across different maturity levels, and creates differentiation in the market

Develop and evolve a scalable operating model for the Methodology Solutions department, including resource planning, recruitment needs, and succession planning, to ensure the department is fit for future growth

Collaborate closely with other Heads of Solutions to ensure the methodology offering is aligned and integrated with our product roadmap, platform capabilities, and wider functional goals

Champion a culture of technical excellence, autonomy, and continuous improvement, while promoting team accountability and cross-functional collaboration across the Solutions function

Act as an advocate for the department's needs and those of its individuals, representing them across the function and within interactions with the Leadership Team to ensure our people are cared for and listened to

Provide clear, data-backed updates to the CSO that instil confidence in the department’s strategic direction and ongoing delivery performance

Offer coaching, challenge, and development support to all individuals within the Methodology Solutions department, ensuring strong performance, technical growth, and clear progression pathways

Ensure alignment and seamless coordination between methodology content, audit tooling, and implementation in the Inflo platform, by continuously improving workflows and team interfaces

Optimize end-to-end methodology delivery, from design through to release, ensuring quality, relevance, and responsiveness to both regulatory changes and customer feedback

Oversee the end-to-end software delivery related to the Methodology Solutions by implementing and maintaining robust control mechanisms for managing the delivery lifecycle, and ensuring timely and high-quality releases

Define and monitor key metrics for the Methodology Solutions department, that demonstrate the success and impact of the Methodology offering, including internal delivery indicators and external adoption signals, whilst also enabling the software delivery teams to respond rapidly and safely to experiments and change

Oversee the creation and refinement of the Methodology Roadmap, ensuring it reflects business priorities, market expectations, and platform enablement opportunities. The Roadmap should incorporate all Methodology Solutions, including technical delivery considerations and new and/or improvements to the methodology offering

Oversee the delivery of actionable insights on product performance and user behaviour, particularly through Solutions-specific Azure dashboard and NPS results, commentary and follow-up

Drive evidence-based improvements by analysing product usage data, NPS feedback, and customer insights to continuously enhance the methodology experience

Engage with key customers, regulators, and standard setters, ensuring that Inflo remains relevant, trusted, and influential in shaping the future of audit

Establish and maintain a strong professional presence on LinkedIn, sharing insights and updates that build thought leadership, demonstrate audit expertise, and promote trust in our methodology vision across the market

Provide high-quality content and insights to the Marketing team to support campaigns, product launches, and educational initiatives related to Inflo’s audit methodology

Required

Seasoned U.S. CPA with a strong background in external audit, ideally gained through progressive roles in national or regional CPA firms

Experience leading audit methodology design or technical audit functions

Deep understanding of auditing standards (particularly U.S. related ones), peer review process, and quality management frameworks

Strong technical writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

Prior experience with methodology enablement in audit software or digital audit tools

Participation in standard-setting or regulatory liaison (e.g., IAASB, AICPA committees, PCAOB panels)

Experience leading remote teams and/or working in SaaS, fintech, or audit tech environments
