Responsibilities
Assist in the installation of custom closets, cabinetry, and organizational systems
Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality installations
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations
Communicate with team members to provide updates on project progress
Learn and apply best practices in installation techniques and customer service
Help with loading/unloading materials
Qualification
Required
Use of hand tools such as screwdriver, drill, and table saw
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Basic math skills and ability to read measurements accurately
Preferred
Previous experience in carpentry or installation preferred but not required
