Responsibilities
Translate production briefs into smart, targeted casting strategies
Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, creators, and real people
Lead efficient casting sessions — from auditions to callbacks to chemistry reads
Negotiate deals confidently, balancing budgets with strong talent relationships
Manage all casting logistics: scheduling, contracts, and clearances
Use AI and digital tools to streamline workflows and optimize casting operations
Deliver exceptional talent — fast. From brief to booked in record time
Qualification
Required
5+ years casting for digital-first, social, branded, or performance content
A deep network of influencers, creators, and digital talent
Exceptional eye for talent — you just know when someone's right for the role
A skilled negotiator who balances creative needs and business realities
