Set up new projects in the accounting system and maintain related ledger accounts
Prepare invoices, monitor payment status, coordinate with internal teams, and accurately code payments
Enter data and assist in completing recurring monthly accounting tasks
Research applicable tax rates and ensure accurate application to materials and projects
Prepare basic financial reporting and data summaries
Qualification
Required
A.A. or B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations
Proficient computer skills, including accounting systems and Microsoft Office
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
