Responsibilities
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and execute CRO strategies, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience enhancements
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create high-converting visual and textual content
Use analytics tools to track conversion metrics and report on the performance of CRO initiatives
Stay updated with the latest CRO tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our strategies
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRO, digital marketing, or similar role
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and web design best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Familiarity with SEO and its impact on CRO
Experience in a subscription-based business model
Creativity and a keen eye for design
