Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans based on business needs and market conditions. Promote diverse hiring and pipeline development
Translate business needs into actionable recruitment strategy to swiftly bring in external talent
Effectively utilize all recruitment tools to acquire and manage talent. Focus on sourcing tools that provide precision exposure for key roles
Build rapport with key hiring managers and stakeholders while addressing current hiring needs and building relationships to pipeline for future openings
Coordinate interviews, and selection decisions. Prepare offer letters and maintain a positive candidate experience
Communicate the status of all active searches regularly with hiring managers, HRM and key stakeholders
Special projects and assignments as business dictates
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a recruiter with a focus on recruiting engineering candidates
Familiarity with high volume recruiting in the aerospace and/or defense industry
Excellent communication skills and passion for building great candidate experiences
Hands-on experience with various interview and sourcing platforms
Experience working with various applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Experience influencing hiring managers on external market conditions and facilitating hiring decisions
Self-motivated, proactive, and has ability to multi-task
Understanding of FLSA and North America hiring practices
