Responsibilities
Source and qualify potential clients in Web3, AI, robotics, deeptech, or other emerging tech industries
Identify hiring triggers and recruitment pain points
Pitch Hyphen Connect’s services and close partnership terms
Collaborate with the founder to understand delivery capacity and role priorities
Maintain CRM and deal pipeline visibility
Contribute to founder/partner BD strategy sessions (monthly)
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, talent partnerships, or agency BD
Comfortable working with technical founders and understanding hiring needs
Good grasp of AI, Web3, or emerging tech verticals and hiring trends
Strong communication skills — able to pitch, negotiate, and follow-up professionally
Preferred
Experience working with VC-backed startups, agencies, or accelerators
