Responsibilities
Play an active role in growing Herrick’s presence, and the presence of its individual lawyers on major social media platforms, websites and other digital outlets
Help transform articles, legal alerts, events, videos and other firm content into posts and campaigns that resonate with key audiences
Assist in designing visual materials for social media, presentations, pitches and proposals
Aid in editing and publishing the firm podcast
Qualification
Required
Entering your junior year in an undergraduate college or university in New York City
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Must have the ability to communicate with people of all levels at the Firm
Understand the fundamentals of corporate communications and digital marketing
Comfortable dealing with sophisticated business-focused content
Strong computer skills, particularly with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn various job functions and be flexible
Preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
Experience with video and audio editing
