LG Energy Solution Arizona is a leader in lithium-ion battery technology for electric vehicles and energy storage solutions. They are seeking a Specialist I in Accounting to manage various accounting tasks including expense tracking, vendor invoicing, and assisting with audits.

Responsibilities

Reimburse employees, invoice vendors, report and track expenses

Assist with lease management/assets, corporate card management program, and voucher entry

Assist with audits and report on audit findings

Guide the completion of vendor registration

Assist on month-end duties including recognizing and accounting for expenses

Train employees of other departments on how to use accounting-related systems

Coordinate with Purchasing Department to monitor the accounts payable email for invoices and vendor communications

Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts; assist in preparing monthly financial statements

Coordinate the preparation of regularly scheduled and special billings

Calculate and prepare reimbursement billings and track receivables; reconcile monthly accounts receivables

Assist in preparing and filing annual financial statements

Assist with the preparation of the annual and mid-year budgets

Assist with fixed asset accounting
