JerseySTEM is a non-profit organization focused on enhancing STEM education. They are seeking a pro-bono Internal Communication Copywriter to create clear and concise copy for various media, collaborating with the HR and Webadmin teams.

Responsibilities

Attend weekly meeting Fridays 11am.12pm EST
Write copy for a variety of media including social, print, video, and online
Work with the HR team to build projects and boklogs
Interact with employees to be profiled
Engage with the Webadmin team to make sure the copies are posted
Edit and proofread copy as needed

Qualification

CopywritingOnline content strategyTime-managementOrganizational skillsProofreadingMarketing degreeJournalism degree

Required

2+ years of experience as a copywriter
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
5 hours per week, 6-12 month minimum commitment

Preferred

BS/BA in marketing, English, journalism or related field
