Senior LevelVogelsang USA is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer & Administrator to lead the design, customization, and optimization of their Salesforce environment. Develop custom applications, Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and flows
Build and maintain advanced automation, workflows, and complex business logic
Lead system architecture discussions and implement scalable, secure technical solutions
Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control
Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
Configure objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and process automation
Monitor system performance, data quality, and overall platform health
Maintain sandbox environments, change sets, and release management processes
Oversee integrations between Salesforce and proALPHA ERP, marketing platforms, dealer portals, or other business systems
Manage APIs, middleware, and ETL processes
Ensure clean, accurate, actionable data for reporting and forecasting
Work closely with Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, and Executive leadership
Gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and deliver end-to-end solutions
Support multi-channel distributor workflows and complex pricing/quoting structures
Drive continuous improvement of CRM processes
Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, user adoption, and reporting accuracy
Stay current with Salesforce releases and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator
Hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce architecture and customization
Ability to manage integrations and streamline processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in developing custom applications, Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and flows
Ability to build and maintain advanced automation, workflows, and complex business logic
Experience leading system architecture discussions and implementing scalable, secure technical solutions
Knowledge of code quality, documentation, and version control
Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
Ability to configure objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and process automation
Experience monitoring system performance, data quality, and overall platform health
Ability to maintain sandbox environments, change sets, and release management processes
Experience overseeing integrations between Salesforce and other business systems
Knowledge of managing APIs, middleware, and ETL processes
