Responsibilities
Coordinate and document activities across innovation projects, ensuring timely updates and accurate records
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of key metrics to track project progress and outcomes
Maintain and enhance internal dashboards and trackers aligned with project workstreams and milestones
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth execution of collaboration initiatives and cross-functional engagements
Develop presentation decks and meeting materials for management reviews and team discussions
Provide logistical and administrative support for innovation workshops, training sessions and related events
Qualification
Required
Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with hands-on experience in analytical platforms such as Power BI and Qlik Sense, and generative AI tools like Copilot to enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making
Meticulous and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
