App Operations Lead – GOMO

Responsibilities
Configure, launch, and QA campaigns in-app (entry conditions, triggers, targeting, frequency)
Monitor live campaigns daily for CTR, CVR, bounce rate, and funnel drop-offs
Audit campaign flow logic monthly to refine user journeys and avoid conflicts
Drive quarterly reviews of surfacing strategy and propose optimizations to leadership
Own homepage banners, tiles, and modals; ensure accurate, timely, and conversion-ready uploads
Maintain a forward calendar of app placements across squads
Enforce visual hierarchy rules (hero promos vs evergreen, Fiber vs Travel vs UNLI)
QA all assets before going live to ensure error-free execution
Brief, QC, and upload assets in collaboration with creative teams and agencies
Run A/B tests on visuals and placements, measuring effectiveness against KPIs
Continuously swap underperforming assets and push rapid iterations
Compile creative learnings and translate them into stronger briefs
Align bi-weekly with Product Owners and Portfolio Managers for GTM consistency
Partner monthly with analytics vendors to refine campaign targeting and surfacing logic
Monitor dashboards daily and push immediate fixes when needed
Share weekly campaign performance updates with Brand and Growth Pods
Consolidate monthly impact reports across sales, engagement, and retention
Present quarterly governance reviews on execution accuracy and conversion performance
Qualification
Required
Experience in campaign design and execution, including configuring, launching, and QAing campaigns in-app
Ability to monitor live campaigns for CTR, CVR, bounce rate, and funnel drop-offs
Experience in auditing campaign flow logic and refining user journeys
Capability to drive quarterly reviews of surfacing strategy and propose optimizations
Ownership of homepage banners, tiles, and modals with a focus on accurate and timely uploads
Experience in maintaining a forward calendar of app placements
Knowledge of visual hierarchy rules for promotions
Ability to QA all assets before going live
Experience in briefing, QCing, and uploading assets in collaboration with creative teams and agencies
Ability to run A/B tests on visuals and placements, measuring effectiveness against KPIs
Experience in swapping underperforming assets and pushing rapid iterations
Capability to compile creative learnings and translate them into stronger briefs
Experience in aligning with Product Owners and Portfolio Managers for GTM consistency
