Responsibilities
Act as the finance liaison for Canada, Mexico, and Central America, supporting Monthly Business Reviews, forecasting, and closing activities
Provide Bid & LoA support for international business initiatives
Lead yearly transfer price analysis, maintenance, and reporting
Prepare North America financials, including forecast and budget, and deliver W2W margin analysis
Manage cost center planning and controlling to ensure operational efficiency
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
5+ years of experience in finance or (sales) controlling roles
Preferred
Self-motivated, curious, and quick to learn with a proactive mindset
Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders
A strong communicator and leader, comfortable interfacing with internal and external partners
Background in sales or logistics is a plus
Solid accounting knowledge and familiarity with SAP; experience with Salesforce and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) is a strong advantage
Language: English (additional languages are a plus)
