Responsibilities

Review, analyze and label data (text categorization, domain classification, entity extraction and linkage, event detection, etc.) that will aid in machine learning

Analyze collected data, group transaction segments, and pinpoint areas for breakthrough and incremental improvements for the account/process

Observe, identify systematic patterns on help devise innovative solutions with strategic partners

Collaborate with CX Analytics team, Data scientists, strategic partners on all aspects of the work

Required

Willing to work night shifts

Passion for quality, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to develop deep product knowledge

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Above average time management skills

Demonstrates accountability for his/her duties and responsibilities

At least 2 years in College

Versed in MS Office
