Responsibilities
You will work on Restoration projects for commercial and domestic properties damaged by water, flood, or fire
Your tasks will include technical reporting, defects diagnosis, and managing the drying process
You'll collaborate with our restoration network to find the best solutions for claims and adapt to innovation and change
Managing your workload and making decisions under pressure is essential
Qualification
Required
Full UK driving licence essential
Able to plan projects to ensure robust control of time, cost and quality
Comfortable working as part of a team focused on driving change and innovating
Strong technical skills
Excellent communication abilities
Efficient project management
Preferred
Preferably BDMA/Dewpoint accredited Building Surveyor
Desirable but not essential insurance knowledge
Experience in the principles of restoration or the repair of water and fire damaged properties
Preferably extensive knowledge of building construction and relevant legislation
