Produce photo-realistic interior and exterior renderings for use in online and print marketing

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Communicate production methods to those not familiar with the field of visualization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural visualization or rendering

Strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior renderings with a high level of realism and design sensitivity

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as: 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Revit, etc

Adobe Photoshop or similar for post-production

Understanding of composition, lighting, and materiality in architectural visualization

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Willing to accept feedback and grow as an artist

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to communicate production methods to those not familiar with the field of visualization
