They are seeking an Intermediate Architect / Designer to contribute to all stages of projects, from concept design through construction administration, while working closely with the principal on custom residential projects.

Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the principal throughout the design process
Prepare and participate in client presentations
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
Develop construction documents and manage agency approvals
Participate in Construction Observation and Project Administration
Contribute creative ideas and design solutions across all project phases
Qualification
Required
B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited program (or foreign equivalent)
4-7+ years of post-graduate experience, ideally in custom residential projects
Demonstrated commitment to design excellence
Proven experience across all design and construction phases
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, hand sketching, physical modeling
Advanced 3D modeling skills (Rhino preferred)
Knowledge of industry practices, California Building Codes, and ability to conduct code research
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to contribute effectively in a small team environment
Legal authorization to work in the US and fluency in English
Current or soon-to-be residency in the San Francisco region
