Senior LevelRapDev is a leading DevOps partner in the ServiceNow ecosystem specializing in ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, DevOps, and SecOps implementations. They are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to solve complex problems for ServiceNow customers, develop software applications, and integrate the latest technologies with the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities
Develop quality software and web applications
Analyze and maintain existing software applications
Design highly scalable, testable code
Discover and fix programming bugs
3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc)
Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts
Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services
Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues
Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed
Participate in SCRUM calls
Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills
Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work
Qualification
Required
Live in and authorized to work in EMEA
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
Development experience with JS or ServiceNow
Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously
Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies
Preferred
Experience working with ITOM products is a plus
Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps is a plus
