Cloud Solution Architect (Database Specialist)

Responsibilities
Understanding, identifying, and documenting client requirements, conduct business and technical studies, design, develop, integrate, and implement information systems business solutions, and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security, and service delivery
Providing pre-sales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction
Acts as a technical resource, mentor, and leader for less experienced Solution Engineers
Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept implementations
Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions
Design, validate, and present Oracle cloud architecture solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products
Support sales team in online and in-person selling efforts with minimal supervision
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience with any of public cloud providers including Oracle, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure or Google (GCP) architecture, tools, and cloud methodologies
Solution Architect and/or Developer Certification on Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Cloud computing
10+ years relevant computer applications or database/tools experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with government accreditations for Cloud such as FedRAMP, Impact Level, and ICD 503
Must have an Active or ability to obtain and maintain Secret or TS/SCI clearance - US Citizen
Preferred
Cloud Certifications are highly desirable
Oracle product experience highly desirable

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
