Responsibilities

Oversees activities of Loan Operations, covering financial reconciliations and compliance assurance processes

Ensures adequate manpower is allocated over a 7-day shift

Enforces standardization of procedure and quality of operational performance of Operations team

Meets daily, weekly and monthly SLA’s for regular tasks

Ensures human-driven errors are mitigated, and identified and corrected as a matter of procedure

Regularly reports performance and progress of initiatives pursued by the team

Keeps the operations team motivated and purpose-driven

Deep understanding of the lending lifecycle, from registration to collection, at a transactional level

Eye for detail in identifying patterns and gaps in operational processes, being able to recommend and take advantage of opportunities of improvements

Maintains a sustainable and scalable vision of operational design in a fintech space, bridging the Operations team with needs for digital transformation

Champions continuous improvement within the team, for both process efficiency and process control

Meets daily, weekly and monthly SLA's for regular tasks

Ensures human-driven errors are mitigated, and identified and corrected as a matter of procedure
