Responsibilities
Lead the engineering team by setting technical direction, driving best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence
Lead and drive large projects and initiatives within the Developer Experience domain
Mentor and coach team members to elevate their technical and professional skills
Define and implement technical solutions for Developer Experience, ensuring ease of use, scalability, and reliability
Oversee development processes, including system architecture, code quality, and deployment pipelines
Solve complex engineering challenges, integrating systems for QA automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver a cohesive roadmap for Developer Experience
Enhance system performance through iterative improvements, leveraging data-driven insights
Ensure robust testing frameworks and implement continuous improvement strategies for development tooling and automation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or similar relevant working experience
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Proficient in modern programming languages and frameworks
Proven experience designing scalable architectures and maintaining mission-critical systems
Experience in QA Automation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Python, and CI/CD practices
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across teams
Passion for mentoring and up-leveling technical teams
Prior experience in platform engineering or developer productivity tooling
