Expand our presence across the region
Close complex deals
Build pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Build executive-level relationships

Work autonomously while collaborating across regions
Qualification
Required
4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure
Proven success building pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Strong discovery skills and ability to build executive-level relationships
Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to an ever-changing environment
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across regions
Preferred
Experience selling in Northern European markets
Familiarity with the modern data stack (CDPs, data warehouses, reverse ETL)
Track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth startup environment
