Responsibilities
Transforming spaces and helping clients bring their dream homes to life
Showcase design expertise
Provide full spectrum of services from basic suggestions to complete floor plans
Manage multiple projects and customers concurrently
Work both in-store and in customers’ homes
Translate vision into a presentation that meets client’s needs and drives sales
Qualification
Required
Experienced designers or those just starting out in the design field
Strong sales abilities and high personal integrity
The creative talent needed to translate your vision into a presentation that will meet your client's needs and drive sales
The ability to work both in-store and in customers' homes
The ability to manage multiple projects and customers concurrently
Flexibility in work schedule to meet customer needs including weekends and holidays
Experience with 2D and 3D space planning
Experience with palette selections and textiles
DMV record must meeting insurability requirements
Preferred
A minimum of an associate's degree in interior design and/or extensive experience and training in a design field
