Responsibilities
Lead the execution of multidisciplinary engineering and fabrication projects from initial scoping to final delivery
Manage project budgets, schedules, scope and quality, ensuring predictable and accountable performance
Prepare, negotiate and administer contracts, proposals, cost estimates and change orders
Develop, maintain and track project schedules and resource plans in collaboration with internal teams
Monitor project financials, forecast labour and material requirements, and provide transparent reporting
Oversee subcontractor and supplier activity, ensuring compliance with technical and contractual requirements
Support business development through bid contributions, technical input and direct customer engagement
Prepare project updates, meeting materials and presentations as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
4+ years of progressive project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication or other technical environments
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, multidisciplinary projects and subcontractors
This role is primarily office based, with periodic time spent in fabrication, testing or workshop areas depending on project needs
Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel
Must be authorised to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Ability to work with export-controlled or sensitive technical information
Occasional travel may be required (typically less than 10 percent)
Preferred
Experience with Primavera P6
PMP certification is advantageous
