Develop and deliver a clear tax transformation roadmap focused on high-impact initiatives
Partner with technology and analytics teams to introduce automation, AI, and data-driven insights
Streamline and standardise tax processes to improve accuracy, scalability, and workflow efficiency
Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure alignment and smooth adoption of new ways of working
Support and coach team members, helping elevate technical skills and strategic thinking
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in tax transformation/technology and tax compliance/advisory
Broad US tax generalist experience across federal and state tax areas
Strong understanding of automation, analytics, workflow technologies, and process optimisation
Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage change, and work with senior stakeholders
Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and influence decisions
Applicants must be based on the US East Coast for collaboration with core teams and leaders
