The Program Intern will assist the Child Care Services team with outreach efforts, administrative tasks, and marketing initiatives, while also having the opportunity to design and implement a project aligned with their academic interests.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in outreach efforts to help families maintain eligibility for childcare scholarships
Connect with case managers
Access community resources
Support inclusive practices through Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) training
Assist with administrative tasks such as spreadsheet management and workload tracking
Contribute to marketing and outreach by creating materials and participating in community events
Design and implement a project that enhances Family Services operations, aligned with their academic interests or career goals

Required

Interest in pursuing a post-graduation role in non-profit work, social services, health and human services, communications, or similar field
Currently attending or planning to attend a university
Associate's Degree
Current College student or Associate's degree in any field
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working
Computer beginners (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Preferred

Bilingual (English-Spanish)
1-3 years of experience
