Responsibilities

Automation: proficient operating building management systems (BMS)

Facility Maintenance: Ensure the office, lab, model shop, and café are properly maintained and operational. Address maintenance requests promptly

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for HVAC and building systems

Vendor Coordination: Manage service contracts and coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance services

Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies

Emergency Response: Act as the point of contact for facility-related emergencies, ensuring swift resolution

Project Management: Oversee small renovation and improvement projects as needed

Inspections: Conduct routine inspections and address any hazards

Efficiency: Recommends ways to automate various maintenance functions. Identifies opportunities to reduce operating cost. Support sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements
