Responsibilities

Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, broadening your experience and skillset within Human Capital Management
Understand customer requirements to convert worker data for the Workday solution, with support from consultants on your team
Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team
Understand and apply Workday and Strada methodologies
Contribute to Strada’s financial performance by delivering excellence and managing your work on several concurrent projects

Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills
Ability to work and learn independently as well as on a team

Accept and adapt to change, and understand that change is constant and necessary to consistently excel
Desire to grow your career as a consultant
English Advanced
Experience with MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Bachelor's degree and/or candidates who are in their final academic year

Preferred

Experience with SQL favourable
