Responsibilities
Prepare accurate project bids and detailed quotations based on plans and specifications
Track bids through the entire sales process, ensuring timely follow-up
Assemble submittal and O&M documentation for customers
Confirm approved drawings are received before ordering equipment
Collaborate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to provide cost-effective solutions
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Stay current on HVAC products, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Maintain records and manage bids using CRM and internal software
Qualification
Required
5+ years in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years in plan/spec or estimating
Ability to read mechanical plans and specifications
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, CRM, Eclipse software)
Technical understanding of HVAC systems
Strong communication skills
Proven problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required
