Senior Account Executive
Kira Talent is a company founded in 2012 that transforms the admissions process in higher education. They are looking for a high-energy Senior Account Executive to develop partnerships and expand their base of partner institutions globally, focusing on relationship-based sales and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities
Generate new sales by developing long-term, trust-based relationships across the Higher Education industry
Prospect into your territory, meet contacts at conferences and in the territory and then cultivate those relationships via phone, email, demoing, and video conferencing
Follow up on inbound leads that come in via our website
Manage a pipeline of opportunities ranging from a prospect who’s expressed a need (“new opportunity”) through to a client (“closed deal”)
Share market feedback and insights with colleagues on the Product and Marketing teams to guide the creation of new sales & marketing collateral that will iteratively and ultimately lead to the development of a repeatable sales process
Note: “Account management” is not part of the role as there is a dedicated team of Client Success Managers that handles training, onboarding, and ongoing support as soon as a contract is signed
Qualification
Required
At least four years of closing experience working complex deals that involved multiple stakeholders
A keen interest in and excel at relationship-based sales
Very self-directed, resourceful, and ready to roll up your sleeves to do what's necessary to drive business growth
Excited about the idea of helping to build Kira Talent's sales playbook and curiosity to help shape the creation of a repeatable sales process
Creative with a track record of making magic happen to get deals across the finish line
Enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues and sharing tips & tricks
Comfortable having cerebral conversations with thought leaders of influential higher education institutions about their priorities, needs, and challenges
