Capture Manager – Navy Programs

They are seeking an experienced professional Capture Manager to support Navy pursuits, focusing on strategic capture planning and execution. The role involves identifying and driving capture efforts for new opportunities while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end capture planning and execution, from opportunity identification through proposal handoff
Conduct competitor analysis, win strategy development, and price-to-win planning
Collaborate with internal teams on solutioning, teaming, and proposal strategies
Build and manage capture timelines, gate reviews, and key milestones
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, primes, and teammates
Gather and analyze intel from customers, partners, and industry resources to shape and position capture efforts
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in federal capture management with a focus on DoD programs
Demonstrated experience supporting or managing contracts
Strong understanding of the DoD acquisition lifecycle, requirements generation, and contract vehicles
Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams during the capture lifecycle
Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
Active Secret clearance
Preferred
Experience with both prime and subcontractor positions on Navy contracts (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NSWCDD, etc)
Familiarity with proposal development and solutioning for IT, engineering, or mission support services
Existing network of industry and government contacts within the Navy
