Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the rack, stack, cabling, and power-up of networking equipment across various environments

Serve as the escalation point for complex network issues involving routers, switches, and connectivity challenges

Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring best practices and consistent technical standards

Deliver high-quality, customer-focused technical support while communicating solutions clearly and professionally

Maintain accurate records of configurations and service activities; author clear, actionable service reports and technical documentation

Active DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance required

Proven, hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Aruba networking platforms in enterprise or DoD environments

Expertise in physical infrastructure: cabling, racking, stacking, power configuration

Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across Layer 1–3 technologies

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical stakeholders

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commonly used network analysis and monitoring tools

DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract

IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent
