Responsibilities

Preparing and/or reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns

Conducting tax research and advising clients on tax planning strategies

Leading or supporting client engagements and coordinating with internal teams

Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development

Engaging in meaningful projects that make a difference

Qualification

CPAEA certificationTax return preparationAnalytical skillsTax software experienceTax lawsCommitment to learningCommunication skillsTeam-oriented mindsetProblem-solving skills

Required

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA or EA certification (or working toward certification)

Experience preparing and/or reviewing tax returns

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Preferred

Knowledge of current federal, state, and local tax laws

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus
