Redland is offering an immersive Land Development Internship Program that introduces students to Land Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Construction Management. Interns will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional insights while rotating through various practice areas.

Responsibilities

Being a self-starter and self-motivated

Exemplifying the firm’s stated values and culture

Exhibiting an interest in learning design principles, management practices, computer aided design, and project lifecycle

Exhibiting an ability to complete tasks on your own as well as within a group environment

Learning and utilizing AutoCAD (CIVIL3D) for use in completing project related tasks

Completing a capstone presentation or final project

Performing other duties as required

Required

Students currently enrolled and entering junior year or higher of undergraduate degree (or currently enrolled in Master's Program) in civil engineering, construction management, landscape architecture or urban planning

Availability for an 8-to-10-week time-frame commitment

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

This position is working in-person at our office in Littleton, Colorado

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer workstation
