Qualification
Required
2+ years of roofing or construction project management experience
Knowledge of OSHA standards and local building codes
Ability to support, manage, and motivate crews to keep on schedule
Experience in dealing with suppliers for purchasing and scheduling delivery of materials and equipment
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with CRM software (We currently use HouseCall Pro/Acculynx but are willing to explore others)
Manage scheduling of multiple crews
