Manage school business and facility operations effectively in line with approved budget to achieve or exceed performance targets

Be a self-starter and have the ability to think creatively to solve problems

Success in recruiting, training and retaining faculty

Strong computer (Outlook, Excel, Word) skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree required; Business Administration or related field preferred
