Required

Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD)

Preferred

Advanced administrative degree (M.S., MHA, MPH, MBA)
Prior medication safety experience
Post-graduate residency training
Significant track record in scholarship and teaching
