Responsibilities

Review non-disclosure agreements
Review legal documentation related to investments and advising lead attorneys
Review policies and procedures
Assist with building out checklists, guidelines, memos, etc. related to key legal documents and deals

Required

Actively completing bachelor's degree with intent to pursue law school or currently enrolled in law degree program
Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher
College level - current Junior, Senior, or law student (1L or 2L), with graduation dates ranging from December 2026 – May 2028
Demonstrated ability to assess large volumes of text, including analyzing, categorizing, condensing, and summarizing required
Extremely detail oriented, ability to work independently, ability to multi-task and prioritize without guidance
Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner
Team player who collaborates effectively
Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Previous experience reviewing legal documents, demonstrating familiarity with legal terms preferred
Interest in back-end/middle office investment work, supporting the team completing deals
