Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support to customers, including EV charging station operators, maintenance personnel, and end-users, to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of EV charging infrastructure
Support the Service & Contracts teams with any tasks that may be required to ensure maximum efficiency across the wider business
Offer remote technical support via phone, email, or remote desktop tools, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and providing instructions for resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system, and contribute to the knowledge base for future reference

Required

At least 2 years' experience in technical support or field service roles. Experience welcomed from any industry - (not restricted to) the automotive, clean energy, or EV charging industry
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues effectively
Ability to support Local (Scotland) and National teams with installation, maintenance and bespoke client solutions, working as a part of a larger SWARCO team
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with customers
Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site support and willingness to work outside regular business hours as needed to support customer needs
