Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Intune, and Azure AD
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services across multiple regions
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolve escalated service desk incidents and requests
Manage identity and access governance using Azure AD roles, MFA, and conditional access policies
Handle mailbox management, email routing issues, retention policies, and hybrid Exchange configurations
Support Teams configuration, policies, and direct routing setups
Collaborate on device compliance policies and endpoint protection via Microsoft Intune
Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API
Maintain and support M365 security configurations, including Defender for Office 365 and DLP policies
Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and process improvements
Assist in onboarding and offboarding users, ensuring license assignment and proper data access
Partner with business units and IT analysts on new features, rollout strategies, and change management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments in an enterprise setting
Preferred
Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Exchange Admin Center, Teams Admin Center, and Azure AD
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models and service limitations
Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management workflows
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Understanding of compliance, data protection, and M365 security controls
English fluency required; additional language skills are a plus
Ability to work in flexible working hours to support both India and the US time zones
