Walmart Canada is seeking a Manager I in Asset Protection to join their Supply Chain team. In this role, you will safeguard associates and assets, ensure compliance, and drive loss prevention initiatives across the supply chain network.

Responsibilities
Ensure data quality and leverage data visualization tools to create insightful dashboards for stakeholders and leadership
Provide complex business issue solutions and develop business cases with projected returns on investment or cost savings
Operate and maintain tools for evaluating air, water, and waste pollution, and ensure compliance with environmental legislation
Recognize and investigate security breaches, thefts, and vandalism, implementing access control procedures and maintaining loss prevention records
Coordinate and support regulatory visits, prepare audit reports, and implement methods to improve and control key processes
Design emergency evacuation plans, train evacuation leaders, and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry-specific health and safety guidelines
Engage with team members to establish credibility, analyze stakeholder needs, and communicate effectively to drive business solutions
Qualification
Required
2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment
Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field; AND 1 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing, or related field
Option 2: 3 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, or related field
Preferred
1 or More Certifications such as Loss Prevention Certification (LPC), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Associate Safety Professional; Certified Safety Professional; or Non-degreed certifications Certified Safety Manager; or related
Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive
