Marketing Coordinator (Client‑Facing / Funnel & Media Specialist)

Revolutionary Marketing, LLC is a purpose-driven marketing agency working with mission-led brands. The Marketing Coordinator will be the linchpin between clients and execution, responsible for building marketing funnels, optimizing websites, and managing media buying strategies.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Work directly with clients: understand their business, map their marketing journey, and identify needs
Build and implement funnels of all types: lead‑gen, nurture, conversion, retention
Develop, launch & optimise websites (or site updates) tied into funnel/marketing flows
Design and implement email marketing flows, sequences, campaigns, and triggers
Take charge of media buying: plan strategies across channels, monitor performance, iterate
Be proactive: identify what’s needed before the client asks — build systems, dashboards, processes that scale
Organise, document, communicate: keep project timelines clear, updates flowing to clients, issues anticipated and solved
Enhance and continue to build the infrastructure so the “machine” hums: automations, tracking, integrations, and reporting that provide clarity and insight
Grow with us: as you master this role, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a leadership/managerial position, mentoring others, owning client portfolios, strategy

Required

Solid hands‑on experience in marketing funnels (planning through execution) and website + email marketing flows
Good grasp of media buying: channel strategy, budget allocation, optimisation, ROI focus
Excellent organisation skills — you keep multiple client‑threads moving simultaneously and never “drop the ball.”
Highly communicative: you speak with clarity (to clients, to team, to partners), you're responsive, you own communication forward
Proactive mindset: you don't wait to be told, you anticipate, you scan for what needs to be done, you implement smart systems, so working harder becomes less of the norm
A startup/agency mentality: you're comfortable in a fast‑moving environment and prefer rolling up your sleeves rather than being boxed in
Strong problem‑solving mindset: you spot the gaps, you ask, “What isn't working? How can we make it smoother?”
Long‑term ambition: You see yourself growing into a senior/manager role — you want to build, not just maintain
Tech Genius: comfortable with tech integrations (CRMs, tracking, analytics), A/B testing, data‑driven decision‑making

Preferred

Well-versed in AI and lean towards being AI curious, wanting to innovate how our clients and our company are leveraging AI
Experience with ClickFunnels, Webflow, WordPress, ActiveCampaign, Meta Ads, Google Suite, Slack, Asana, High Level, Circle, Thinkific, and Teachable
Strong autonomy: you can hold a client‑relationship, lead deliverables, project manage, propose strategy, delegate, and execute
Experience in mission‑led brands / purpose‑driven businesses with a desire to expand your own consciousness and spiritual journey
Comfort with spiritual or energetic frameworks: whether Astrology, Human Design, somatic work, or simply emotional attunement in client relationships
