Responsibilities
Manage and scale the Project Management team accountable for delivery of programs across the portfolio
Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, decision-making, and progress tracking during the production lifecycle across all releases
Initiate and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency at scale
Collaborate with Operations Planning to prioritize product processing, manage engineering backlog, scheduling, and file delivery to printers
Serve as the key operational point of contact for communications from Product Development, BOM, Pre-Press, Topps Project Management, Auto/Relic Operations leaders from across the business
Provide regular updates on product progress to executive leadership, escalating and providing mitigation strategies when items are off schedule
Proactively address urgent production challenges, partnering with Brand, Product, Operations Planning, and Production teams to develop effective solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with Product, Tech, Manufacturing, Pre-Press, and Engineering leaders and project teams
Qualification
Required
3-4 years managing teams, with proven success developing talent
5-7 years of experience, with a preference for Project Management, Operations, Management Consulting, or Manufacturing roles
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar
Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen
Strong track record for creative problem solving, including synthesis of large data sets and upleveling issues to executive suite
Proven success managing multiple projects from initiation to delivery
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills, with a commitment to continuous learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging cross-functional teams and external vendors
Mastery in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with a history of data synthesis, and upleveling findings into executive level presentations
On-site presence in Sunnyvale, TX (5 days/week)
Proactive self-starter with a team-first mindset
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks
