Experience with, or demonstrable interest in, general corporate work, including M&A, securities, and equity and debt finance transactions

Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

Currently a 3L and will receive JD from an accredited law school in spring 2026, or earned JD in 2025 and have active membership or commitment to applying for the Alaska Bar
